We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands. You can choose the carrier like FedEx, DPD or PostNL. For each product you can see the exact shipping rates to a particular country. All products are shipped registered and insured.

Track & trace
All packages we send, national and international, have a track & trace code. This allows you to track the package.
Shipping within the Netherlands
Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge. The packages are sent by registered mail so you have to sign for delivery. You can choose at the checkout for an additional insurance.
The package was not delivered
When the package has not been delivered within a reasonable time you can contact us. We will ask the carrier for more information and inform you. When the package is not delivered at all we will ship a new product or refund the purchase price.
The products in the package are defective
If the product contains a defect you can return the package and we will send a new product or refund the purchase price. We may ask you to photograph the packaging and the product.
In case the package cannot be delivered it is automatically returned to us. We will then contact you. We will ship the package to you again. When the unsuccessful delivery is the result of incorrect information supplied by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs.
